SJA Film Technologies are pleased to confirm the recent purchase of a 1600mm ASHE Duplex slitting machine, enabling further slitting and rewinding capabilities at their Altham plant.
This machine compliments the existing wide range of on-site slitting machines and services which include:
- In-house silicone coating of films and papers.
- Spooling (traverse wound bobbins) 2mm – 35mm, extensible/non-extensible, adhesive/non-adhesive products.
- Silicone coated bag release tapes.
- Substrate supply – CPP, OPP, PET, HDPE, Window patching film, etc…
- Rotary die-cutting up to 780mm.
- Slitting and rewinding 6mm through to 1600mm.
- Hot needle perforation.
- Centre-fold/J-fold up to 1400mm width.
